Living room with two beanbags facing a large white wall used as a projector screen.

Living room.

Two beanbags instead of a sofa. Big white wall for the projector — installed, wired into the surround-sound system, ready to use.

Located on Arkonaplatz, at the edge of Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg.
Well situated to access Berlin’s great public transit system.

We’re looking for someone quiet & reliable, who’d like to sublet officially,
from December, 2026 through April 2027. 3 months minimum and we’ll prioritise full term takers.

The paperwork is simple, and it lets you register your address — the first thing you’ll need if you’re moving here.

Rent is 1600€/month plus a 1000€ security deposit.

Includes 1 Gbit/s Internet (WiFi & Ethernet), electricity, heating, gas stove & water.

Some of our things will stay, boxed and covered, in a couple of corners. We keep it tidy and very clean.
