Located on Arkonaplatz, at the edge of Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg.
Well situated to access Berlin’s great public transit system.
We’re looking for someone quiet & reliable, who’d like to sublet officially,
from December, 2026 through April 2027. 3 months minimum and we’ll prioritise full term takers.
The paperwork is simple, and it lets you register your address — the first thing you’ll need if you’re moving here.
Rent is 1600€/month plus a 1000€ security deposit.
Includes 1 Gbit/s Internet (WiFi & Ethernet), electricity, heating, gas stove & water.
Some of our things will stay, boxed and covered, in a couple of corners. We keep it tidy and very clean.

- *Because we can’t move everything out and we need to trust you. It’ll be tidy and very clean of course, but some of our stuff will be tucked into corners. No parties, please.
- **Paperwork for officially sub-letting is not a big deal. It is helpful in terms of insurance stuff, if something happens, and, if you are relocating to Berlin, it gets your foot in the door with the local administrative stuff you will need to do anyways. If this is your case, I can also offer advice.
- ***We will prioritize those who want to rent the full term.

Twin bed which snuggly fits a couple. Two open closet sections, two sets of hanging-shelves (one set visible here).
Workspace / “Home Office”
Good sized desk, chair and a 30” Dell HD monitor. Firewire dock with ethernet.
Small utility closet with a washing machine. No dryer: hanging rack and clotheslines.
Full kitchen
Gas stove, oven, dishwasher, small fridge, kettle, toaster, rice cooker
Pots/pans/plates/bowls/glasses/utensils etc…
No microwave
Big, light-filled bathroom
Balcony
Not terribly useful in winter but nice to look out from.
We love living here. So did our past subletters. We think you will too.
